A New Zealand millennial money memoir by @mindfulwithmoneynz.
At 21, Sophia Golfinopoulos found herself in a new city, living paycheck to paycheck and overwhelmed with consumer debt. When she lost her job, it was the wake-up call she needed to sort out her finances. Along the way, she learned how to save while still enjoying life, the easiest ways to get out of debt, and how to be a conscious consumer.
Now 34, she shares her personal finance journey throughout her 20s, early 30s, and parenthood; how she removed her subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs to manifesting money; and the knowledge she’s gained from working in the financial industry across insurance, tax, and banking.
Honest and realistic, you’ll find plenty of inspiration for your own finances, and discover that you don’t need to be rich to be financially stable.
For those in their early 20s to late 30s, in Mindful with Money 3rd edition covers:
Transforming your money mindset to one that is positive and productive
